As President Obama presses Congress to give him approval to attack Syria over its alleged use of chemical weapons in its civil war — a vote that won’t come for at least another week — there are still lots of questions to ask. On my America Weekend show, Edward Luttwak (former consultant to the Pentagon and State Department, now at the Center for Strategic and International Studies) provided some answers that may surprise you when I asked:
