Several times a week, I see someone so incensed by Trump’s latest outrage that they feel compelled to post a link to it on Facebook, accompanied by the caption, “He should resign immediately!!”
Look, we’re now 40 months into this nightmare, and you’ve made that demand about six thousand times. Do you really expect this one to create a different outcome? I’m pretty sure that fits Einstein’s definition of insanity.
Instead of wasting your time posting that nonsense, you’d be better off reminding your “friends” how to make sure they’re registered to vote — because that’s the only way the Liar In Chief will be forced out of the White House. If the hydroxychloroquine doesn’t get him, of course.
While you’re at it, stop posting those links and retweets of Trump’s idiocy in the first place. All you’re doing is helping him extend his social media reach and spread his distractions to more people.
