Three Kavanaugh Questions

I’m curious and need answers:

  1. If Brett Kavanaugh does not advance to the Supreme Court, does he get to keep his seat on the Court Of Appeals in DC?
  2. If so, would he be obligated to recuse himself in hyper-political cases?
  3. Could he still drink too much beer?

The answers, as provided by readers:

  1. Yes, just as Merrick Garland and Robert Bork did.
  2. No.
  3. Yes, because (in case you haven’t heard) he likes beer.
