Brayden Harrington, a 13-year-old who stutters, met Joe Biden on the campaign trail early this year. Because Biden had a stuttering problem when he was young, he bonded with Harrington, who appeared with him at a couple of campaign events. But that’s not the same as doing this in front of a national television audience at the DNC convention tonight. What a gutsy kid.
