I’m feeling nostalgic thinking back to the spring, when COVID-19 was just beginning to rage in the United States.

Most people (who were able to) stayed inside, worked from home, and drove a lot less than usual. Within a week or two, the air smelled sweeter, the smog in many cities retreated, and animals started wandering around more.

Now tell me again that humans don’t have a negative impact on our environment.
