Paul Harris
Audio from The Paul Harris Show
Larry Kane [2/9/04]:
The only American reporter to accompany The Beatles on every stop of their
1964 and 1965 US tours talks with Paul about the 40th
anniversary of the Beatles' debut on "The Ed Sullivan Show" on February
9, 1964, and his meeting them later that week when they went to Miami to
do the second Sullivan show.
In an earlier interview [9/29/03],
Larry told Paul how he got the job covering the Beatles, what it was like
being in
the midst of Beatlemania, how he related to John, Paul, George, and
Ringo, and what at least one woman said she'd do if he'd introduce her
daughters to the Fab Four.
Kane's book, "Ticket
To Ride," includes a CD full of his Beatles interviews
